The Grasshopper 226V-G4 is a compact zero-turn mower designed for homeowners, acreage owners, and light commercial mowing applications. It is powered by an 810cc Briggs & Stratton Vanguard V-twin gasoline engine and uses a heavy-duty Hydro-Gear ZT-4400 G4 transmission for smooth, responsive performance. The 226V-G4 is available with a 52" or 61" deck, reaches speeds up to 9 mph, and can mow up to 5 acres per hour with the 61" deck. Its all-steel construction, heavy-duty fabricated deck, MARBAIN® blades, low center of gravity, and hydraulically dampened steering provide a durable and comfortable mowing package.
